We believe there is a better way to practise law.
Three Oaks Law LLP was founded by three lawyers who wanted to create a legal practice built around something that can be surprisingly difficult to find in law: a truly personal experience.
Because when you need a lawyer, you are rarely dealing with just a legal problem. You may be protecting your family, your future, your freedom, your finances, or something you have spent years building. You deserve a lawyer who understands that.
At Three Oaks, we take the time to understand the full picture before we decide where to go. We listen carefully, ask the difficult questions, and look beyond the immediate issue to what is really at stake. From there, we build a strategy that is considered, practical, and purposeful.
Our clients can expect clear advice, thoughtful preparation, and strong advocacy when it matters. We believe in resolving matters when resolution is the right path, and in standing firmly behind our clients when it is not.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all law. We believe in knowing the person before building the strategy.
WHY THREE OAKS
Three Oaks was created with a simple ambition: to raise the standard for what clients can expect from their lawyers.
We wanted to build a firm where exceptional legal work and genuine human connection could exist side by side. Where clients could have confidence in the strategy without feeling removed from the process. Where their lawyer is accessible, candid, prepared, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
That means taking the time to return the call. Explaining what happens next. Telling you when an approach may not serve you. Thinking several steps ahead. Preparing for the difficult conversation, the negotiation, and, when necessary, the courtroom.
These details may not appear on a retainer agreement.
But they are what define the experience.
